These thermocouple sensors are to be used to monitor the temperature of brake pads up to +400°C. They are designed to be embedded into the pads.
Each sensor has 1m of fibre glass insulated cable, with stainless steel Overbraid. Available in thermocouple type K and with a choice of tip diameters. Each tip is sealed with a high temperature ceramic paste (Fortafix) which can withstand temperatures up to +400°C.
